What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time reading, running, working out and watching Major League Baseball.

What is your background?

I grew up in Lincoln, Nebraska and worked a lot of odd jobs growing up. I detasseled for 7 years in the summers, and also worked at a fast food restaurant in high school and college. I moved to Kearney for college, before staring work at an international CPA firm in Omaha after college. I moved back to Lincoln in 2020 during COVID, and found my way to BMG!

What do you like about working at BMG?

My favorite things about working at BMG are the laid back culture, the focus on quality to really help me improve an develop in this profession, and of course the people that I work with!

Quality, Professionalism, and Teamwork

What makes you excited to come to work every day?

I enjoy enjoy not knowing what is going to be on my plate each day. Every morning is a mystery – even if I think I have everything planned out, something will come to my desk that I didn’t expect, and give me something new to learn.

What concept in your profession applies to your entire life?

Materiality – Don’t sweat the small stuff, and let go of all the background noise to focus on what really matters.
