What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

I enjoy working out (especially kickboxing) and attending sporting events (with Husker sporting events being the majority of events attended).

What is your background?

I grew up around Lincoln area and spent the majority of the time at some sort of sporting event; either playing or cheering on Huskers. I played soccer from kindergarten until high school and then tried rugby for a couple of years in college. My mom worked as an accountant and told me to choose a different profession than her. So I rebelled and became an accountant.

What are the values that drive you?

I would say that I try to be reliable in both work and “play”. If I commit to something, I’ll finish it to the best of my ability no matter how matter obstacles get in my way. Not a quitter.

What are your credentials/past experience for working in your position?

I worked part-time at a financial brokerage in college so I can read those pesky 1099s and have experience figuring out cost basis on investments.

What concept in your profession that applies to your entire life?

Give the type of service that you would like to receive if the roles were reversed.
