What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

Golfing, boating, reading, and spending time with friends.

What is your background?

I was born and raised in Superior, NE. I recently graduated from college and am excited to start the next chapter of my life. I was raised as a country girl and spent a lot of time on the farm with my dad. However, I am very “numbers-oriented” like my mom, who was my high school math teacher.

What do you like about working at BMG?

Everyone is very welcoming and like a family. I can learn from my coworkers and superiors. as employees we are expected to be performing at our best, and BMG make sure that we are prepared and have the tools to do so. The culture is professional but is also fun which makes it exciting to come to work every day.

Welcoming, fun, professional

What concept in your profession that applies to your entire life?

Organization. In my day-to-day work it is crucial that I stay organized so I don’t miss any due dates or important tasks. This carries over to my personal life as I have a very busy schedule. Staying organized allows me to be more efficient with my time whether that be at work or at home.
